Die-Cutting & Trimming

The trimmer perforates the carton boards to create flaps and handles. Rubber sponges cushion the blades so that they only cut the parts they're suppose to. During the trimming a press condenses the boxes overlapping panels to level out their thickness.

A highly qualified technicians cut out the sponges by hand to make sure they fit snugly around the blades.

Printing and Folding

Pioneers Pack Using a flexographic printing system that can print drawings and illustrations useing a high quality water based ink that dry instantly.

The printing press applies the ink to the boards one color group at a time, through four consecutive stations.

Artwork Montage

The printing of the boxes began in the factories montage lab.

Long experienced editor check exames and double check printing films before combine them in final arrangement that fit the box printed faces.
